Registration

• 1a. NASFM Member Full Conference – $800.00
  Member registration includes: All conference sessions, Day 1, 2 and 3 lunches, Exhibit Hall, and the Monday Night Dinner Event.
  
  NOTE: Fire Marshals Forums are for NASFM Principal Members only. No refunds after July 15th, 2024.
• 1b. Non-Member Full Conference – $975.00
  Non-Member registration fee includes: All conference sessions (with the exception of Fire Marshal-Only sessions), Day 1, 2 and 3 lunches, Exhibit Hall, and the Monday Night Dinner event.
  
  NOTE: No refunds after July 15th, 2024.
• 1c. IFMA Member Registration – $800.00
  IFMA Member registration includes: All conference sessions, Day 1, 2 and 3 lunches, Exhibit Hall, and the Monday Night Dinner Event.
  
  As a bonus, IFMA registration comes with one year of NASFM membership at the Affiliate level.
  
  IFMA membership will be verified by NFPA after registration.

• 1d. NASFM Life Member – $400.00
  The Life Member registration includes: admission to all general sessions, one State Fire Marshal-Only session, Day 1, 2, and 3 lunches, Exhibit Hall, and the Monday Evening Dinner event.

• 1e. Spouse/Partner/Companion Registration – $250.00
  In addition, your registration will include the lunch, the Monday evening dinner event, and additional events to be determined (exact events subject to change due to availability).

• 1f. Single Day Registration - Monday July 29th, 2024 – $375.00
  One-Day Registration fee includes: lunch, and conference sessions, with the exception of Fire Marshals Only Forum and the Monday Evening Dinner. A separate registration is required for the dinner event.

• 1g. Single Day Registration - Tuesday July 30th, 2024. – $375.00
  One-Day Registration fee includes: lunch and conference sessions, exhibit hall access, with the exception of Fire Marshals Only Forum.

• 1h. Single Day Registration - Wednesday July 31st, 2024 – $375.00
  One-Day Registration fee includes: lunch and conference sessions, with the exception of Fire Marshals Only Forum.

• 1i. Monday Night Dinner Event – $150.00
  This is one (1) ticket to the Monday Night Dinner Event.
  
  NOTE: No refunds after July 15th, 2024. Note: One ticket is included with full conference registration. Some sponsorship levels also include dinner tickets. (see the Sponsor Guide for more information).
• 2a. Exhibitor Space - Tuesday July 30th, 2024 – $1,375.00
  This includes one (1) 8' X 10' space (including 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket) with two individuals for the exhibit hall and reception. This is for the Tuesday July 30th, exhibit hall only.
  
  While registering, you MUST enter the booth attendees contact information in the guest section provided here (up to the 2 allowed).
  
  Additional booth attendees above the 2 must pre-register under option 2e. Extra Exhibit Pass.
  
  NOTE: You MUST send in the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form BEFORE you register. Booth cancellation and booth fees refund deadline is July 15, 2024. No booth related fees will be refunded after this date.
  
  NASFM will be using a 3rd party for exhibit setup, and this information will be sent to the registered party's email address at least 90 days prior to the show.
• 2b. Premium Exhibitor Registration – $1,750.00
  This includes one (1) 8' X 10' space (including 6' table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket) with two individuals for the exhibit hall and reception. This also includes 2 Monday night event tickets, lunches Monday and Tuesday and attendance for Monday and Tuesday's general sessions for 2 people.
  
  While registering, you MUST enter the booth attendees contact information in the guest section provided here (up to the 2 allowed).
  
  Additional booth attendees above the 2 must pre-register under option 2e. Extra Exhibit Pass.

• 3a. Sponsorship - Platinum Level – $11,500.00

• 4a. Sponsorship - Coference Keepsake Item (shirt, bag, jacket, etc.) – $6,000.00
  NASFM will work with the sponsor to identify the keepsake item for the State Fire Marshals, and have it produced. Due to production needs, sponsorship of this item must be completed at least 60 days prior to the start of the event (June 3rd, 2024).
• 4b. Sponsorship - Custom NASFM Challenge Coin with Your Company Logo on One Side – $5,000.00
  NASFM challenge coin with your company logo and NASFM’s logo included in the coin packaging. Due to production needs, sponsorship of this item must be completed at least 60 days prior to the start of the event (June 3rd, 2024).
• 4e. Sponsorship - Daily/Coffee Break(s) – $3,200.00
  Conference breaks for one day will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently located near refreshments.
  
  Day of break will be set by order of registration and in consultation with NASFM staff.
  
  Sponsor logos for inclusion on signage must be received by NASFM no later than July 1st.
• 4f. Sponsorship - Lanyards – $1,600.00
  Your company can supply lanyards or can defer to using NASFM lanyards for attendee name badges.
  
  Style of lanyard to be determined in consultation with NASFM staff. Upon registering, please contact phil@browning.red for approval.
  
  Due to needed production time, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the event (June 3rd, 2024).
• 4g. Sponsorship - Attendee Bags – $1,300.00
  Your organization will supply a minimum of 350 conference attendee bags, which will include the NASFM logo along with your company logo, to hold conference information and goodies. Bag and artwork must be approved by NASFM.
  
  Due to production time, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the event (June 3rd, 2024).
• 4h. Sponsorship - Flash Drives with Symposium Presentations – $1,500.00
  Sponsor to provide 350 flash drives with your company logo, NASFM will add Symposium materials. Flash drives must be provided to NASFM 30 days prior to the start of the event.
  
  Flash drives will be distributed to all attendees.
• 4i - Sponsorship Chair Drop Advertising – $750.00
  Company will supply 350 flyers which will be placed at attendee seating positions prior to the start of each day's events.
  
  Price is for one day of placement. Total available is three days.
  
  Flyers must be delivered to NASFM at a location to be designated, at least one week prior to the event. Please contact phil@browning.red to coordinate delivery.
• 4k. Sponsorship Hotel Room Keys – $1,300.00
  This is to have the conference attendees staying at the host hotel receive a room key custom designed with your logo, information, and the NASFM logo.
  
  Due to production times, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the conference (June 3rd).
  
  Upon completion of the registration you must email phil@browning.red to arrange details.
• 4l. Sponsorship - Conference Stationary – $1,300.00
  This is to have the sponsors logo and the NASFM logo placed on custom branded stationary, pens, or other items to be provided to all attendees. NASFM and the sponsor will work together on the design. The sponsoring organization must provide 400 of the item designed.
  
  Due to production times, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the conference (June 3rd).

• 5. Speaker
  Registration is for confirmed conference speakers only.
  
  Registration is for the day of the speakers presentation only and events occurring that day, including exhibit hall but excluding the Monday Night Dinner event. Tickets for the Monday night dinner event can be purchased using registration type: 1i. Monday Night Dinner event.
  
  Registration Code, provided by NASFM, is required to complete form.
